Healthy Green Smoothie

You will need:


A handful of spinach

Some pineapple
A quarter of a cucumber 
1 banana 
Some strawberries 
Ice cubes
Small amount of ginger (optional) 

Either coconut milk or coconut water - This should be to taste or consistency, add more for thicker texture.




  Mix in the blender - make sure everything is blended really 
well (you don't want lumps in your smoothie)
